The Dashboard and Analytics

Today's open orders and pickups on the dashboard, and the 30-day order funnel, time to approval, conversion and rework in Analytics.

Overview

Two pages show how the shop is doing: the Dashboard (the first page when you sign in) for today's work, and Analytics (in the top bar) for the last 30 days. Everyone on the team can see both, viewers included. Test orders count as open orders on the dashboard, with a Test badge, but are left out of Analytics, the dashboard's Orders placed chart and its average order value.

The dashboard

The dashboard counts only open orders: awaiting payment, paid, in production, or ready for pickup. Picked-up and cancelled orders are left out of Live orders, Ready for pickup and the production queue.

  • Live orders — Open orders, with how many are in production, how many await payment, and how many saved designs are open.
  • Ready for pickup — Orders stitched and waiting for the customer, the ones waiting longest, and how many were marked ready since midnight in your shop's time zone.
  • Orders placed — Every submitted order of the last 7 days, by the day it was placed, cancelled ones included and test orders left out.
  • Catalog snapshot — Published designs, the average order value of your last 100 orders (cancelled and test orders left out) and open sessions (saved designs).

Until your first order arrives, the dashboard shows one panel pointing you to the kiosk instead of empty charts. A new shop also sees the setup checklist (see Setup checklist).

Analytics

Analytics (in the top bar) covers every order and saved design of the last 30 days, counted from midnight in your shop's timezone (Settings → General; UTC until you set one). Test orders aren't counted, nor a saved design that became one. Besides the order funnel it shows:

  • Time from start to approval: the median time from opening a design to the customer approving it. If the design was saved first, the clock starts when it was first saved. Orders placed before this measure was added, and orders from a screen left open for more than a day, aren't counted.
  • Saved designs that became orders: of the sessions started in the period, how many became an order. A session exists only when a design is saved or reopened, so orders placed straight through, and designs abandoned without saving, aren't part of this figure.
  • Rework rate: of the orders placed in the period, how many had their personalization corrected after approval. Changing contact details or notes doesn't count.

The Order funnel follows the orders placed in the period: placed, paid, in production or later, ready for pickup or picked up, and picked up, each a part of the one before. Beside it are the number of saved designs, saved designs not ordered yet, orders placed, cancelled orders and the average order value.

If your shop doesn't price orders (Settings → Kiosk → Prices), Analytics shows counts only, with no revenue.

While your workspace is locked for billing, the dashboard and Analytics aren't available (see If billing lapses).
