What is ThreadReady?

ThreadReady is an embroidery personalization platform that lets your customers design and preview custom embroidery in real time. It powers in-store kiosks, an online storefront, and a full production dashboard for your team.

Getting started

1. Create your workspace — Sign up and name your workspace. This becomes your tenant in the multi-tenant system.
2. Set up a design — Go to Designs → Advanced and create your first template with at least one text field and a font.
3. Add products — Head to Products and create items your customers can choose from.
4. Configure pricing — Under Pricing, set your base price and per-stitch rates.
5. Open the kiosk — Go to Settings → Kiosk to configure the customer-facing experience, then click Open kiosk to preview it.
