What is ThreadReady?
ThreadReady is an embroidery personalization platform that lets your customers design and preview custom embroidery in real time. It powers in-store kiosks, an online storefront, and a full production dashboard for your team.

- Live stitch preview — Customers see a realistic stitch rendering of their text and design choices before they commit.
- Kiosk mode — A focused, touch-friendly interface for walk-in customers at your counter.
- Design templates — Create reusable templates with configurable text fields, fonts, thread colors, and hoop sizes.
- Order management — Track every order from submission through approval, production, and pickup.
- Product catalog — Sell embroidered products or let customers bring their own items.
- Thread inventory — Manage thread brands, colors, and on-machine status for accurate pricing.
- Team access — Invite staff with role-based permissions (owner, admin, member, viewer).
Getting started
- Create your workspace — Sign up and name your workspace. This becomes your tenant in the multi-tenant system.
- Set up a design — Go to Designs → Advanced and create your first template with at least one text field and a font.
- Add products — Head to Products and create items your customers can choose from.
- Configure pricing — Under Pricing, set your base price and per-stitch rates.
- Open the kiosk — Go to Settings → Kiosk to configure the customer-facing experience, then click Open kiosk to preview it.
