Products & Pricing
Set up your product catalog, pricing profiles, and stitch-count pricing rules.
Product catalog
Go to Products to manage items available for embroidery. Each product has:
- Name and description — What the customer sees.
- Category — Hat, shirt, bag, towel, etc. Used for filtering on the kiosk.
- Price — The base item price before embroidery.
- Image — A product photo or placeholder shown in the catalog.
- Compatible templates — Which design templates can be used with this product.
- Default template — The template pre-selected when a customer picks this product.
Pricing profiles
Under Pricing → Product Types, set up pricing profiles that define how embroidery is priced:
- Base price — The flat fee for any embroidery job.
- Per-stitch rate — An additional charge based on stitch count (e.g., $1.50 per 500 stitches).
Thread pricing
Under Pricing → Thread Pricing, configure surcharges for specialty threads:
- Color change fee — Charged when a customer selects a thread not currently on the machine.
- Thread type surcharges — Additional cost for metallic, glow-in-dark, or variegated threads.
- Free color changes — Number of free color changes before the fee applies.
Price adjustments
Under Pricing → Adjustments, define modifiers applied to orders:
- Volume discounts, rush fees, or promotional pricing can be configured here.
