ThreadReady is embroidery order software for shops that personalize. Customers design on a tablet at the counter, approve a preview drawn from the real stitches, and pay at the register; the shop gets a production-ready order and the machine file.
Why we built it.
Walk into most custom embroidery shops and you find the same scene: a binder of handwritten order slips, a shared spreadsheet a day behind, and garments tagged with sticky notes. The work is precise; the handoff is not.
ThreadReady started with the moment that causes the most rework: a customer approving something that is not what the machine will sew. The Kiosk shows a preview drawn from the real stitch data, in the shop's own threads, so the approval means something.
The rest follows from that. The order arrives with its design, its price and its receipt code. Staff scan the code at the register, download the machine file in the shop's format, and move the order through production without copying anything by hand.
What we will not compromise on.
