Branding the Kiosk
Your logo, brand colour and how it stays readable, font, landing style, headline and approval wording.
Overview
Under Settings → Brand, set how the kiosk looks. Owners and admins can change it; members and viewers see it read-only. A live preview of the kiosk landing screen updates as you edit; changes reach the kiosk on its next page load after you save.
- Logo — PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, up to 2 MB (SVG is not accepted). Shown at the top of the landing, product and design screens. Use Remove logo to go back to text only.
- Brand colour — Used for buttons, highlights, selected options and focus rings on every kiosk screen. The contrast check shows how white and black text read on your colour; the kiosk automatically uses whichever is more readable for button text. Aim for at least 4.5:1 (WCAG AA). A colour that's too light to read on the kiosk's cream background (a pale yellow, say) can still be saved, and buttons keep it, but the kiosk shows your shop name, item icons, selected outlines and focus rings in a darker shade of the same colour so customers can read them. The contrast check shows that shade before you save.
- Font — Sans serif, serif or monospace, applied to all kiosk text.
- Landing style — Minimal (plain page), Solid (the landing page filled with a colour; the headline switches to white or black text to stay readable), or Gradient (a soft tint). For Solid and Gradient you can set a Landing background colour; leave it blank to use the brand colour.
- Kiosk headline — The main heading customers see on the kiosk landing page, up to 120 characters.
- Kiosk subcopy — Supporting text below the headline, up to 600 characters.
- Approval copy — The consent text shown before customers approve their design, up to 600 characters.
Press Save brand settings to keep your changes. Uploading a logo ticks off Shop branding on the dashboard's setup checklist. Your shop name comes from Settings → General (see Workspace settings).
