ThreadReady offers a single plan — Pro — at /month. Everything is included with no usage limits.

Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start.
Referred signups receive an extended 30-day trial.
What happens when the trial ends
If you don't subscribe before your trial expires, your workspace will be locked:
- You can still view your existing orders and data
- You cannot create new orders, edit templates, or use the kiosk
- All features are restored immediately when you subscribe
Subscribing
- Go to Settings → Billing in your workspace
- Click Subscribe on the Pro plan
- Complete checkout through our payment provider (Paddle)
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, your workspace will be locked until you resubscribe.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it during signup. Depending on the code type, you may receive:
- An extended trial period
- A percentage or fixed discount on your subscription
