# ThreadReady > ThreadReady takes embroidery orders from the counter to the machine file. Start with the Kiosk: customers personalize on a tablet, approve a live stitch preview and pay at your register. ThreadReady is embroidery order software for shops that personalize. Customers design on a tablet at the counter, approve a preview drawn from the real stitches, and pay at the register; the shop gets a production-ready order and the machine file. ThreadReady is made by Lambda Coffie LLC. The Kiosk is available now; Commerce, AI and Studio are coming soon. ## Key facts - Category: embroidery order intake, personalization and production handoff software. - Available product: ThreadReady Kiosk, $100/month with everything included. - Trial: 14 days free, no card required. - Who it is for: embroidery shops taking walk-in names, monograms, team orders and small custom jobs. - What the customer does: picks a design, types the text, chooses a font and thread, checks the live stitch preview and the price, then approves. - What the shop gets: an order number, a receipt QR code, an approved proof, and a machine file. - Machine files: DST, PES, EXP and JEF. DST is the default; a batch downloads as one ZIP. - Hardware: any tablet or computer with a modern browser, on a stand. A QR scanner is optional; a receipt printer is optional (receipts are emailed by default). - Payments: customers pay at the shop's own register. ThreadReady does not process payments. - Not the same as: a generic form builder, a spreadsheet, or a full digitizing editor. Studio (digitizing) is a separate, coming-soon product. - Data: shops can export orders to CSV at any time and can cancel whenever they like. ## Products - [ThreadReady Kiosk](https://threadready.com/products/kiosk): Self-service ordering at your counter.
